Spot the dragons making their way through the city
Free event 1pm to 1.30pm, 2.30pm-3pm and 4.15pm to 4.45pm
Canterbury’s freshly planted gardens have attracted the attention of some mythical beasts. Look out for the Dragons as they prowl through the city, exploring the sights and sounds of Canterbury Unlocked.
The Dragons are brought to you by An Act Above, veering between high-energy carnival-style movement and sculptural stillness, these colourful Gaudi-inspired dragons tower above the crowds as they move elegantly through the city on stilts.
Starting at Whitefriars Shopping Centre and moving throughout the City Centre.
The event is part of Canterbury Unlocked, a city-wide celebration.
