Enjoy a calm and restorative hour of Tai Chi in the beautiful surroundings of Westgate Gardens.

Enjoy a calm and restorative hour of Tai Chi in the beautiful surroundings of Westgate Gardens. Led by Paul, an experienced internal arts instructor at Kingsmead Leisure Centre, this session is a gentle introduction to the principles of balance, breath and mindful integrated movement.

Suitable for complete beginners, you'll be guided through easy-to-follow sequences that promote wellbeing and relaxation. No previous experience necessary.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and suitable flat-soled footwear.

Bring a sunhat and water if it’s hot. In the event of heavy or persistent rain, may be cancelled on the day.

Numbers are limited to 20. *Tickets on sale from 1 August*
