Back by popular demand, Sunrose Arts Festival is the highlight of Sunrose Arts CIC’s annual programme; a one day festival full of performances, workshops, scavenger hunts, market stalls, poetry and exhibitions.
Located in the centre of Canterbury at Dane John Gardens, we will be hosting: Exposure Main Stage: A culmination of talent from across the Exposure Open Mic monthly event programme Sanctuary Arts Exhibition: Commissioned works responding to Canterbury, as well as a community gallery Scavenger Hunt: Find hidden pieces of artistic gems across the city Book Fair and Art Market: Local creatives sell their creations, a favourite event at our festival across the years 'We Are' Workshops: A series of workshops for all ages and experiences Creative Circle: A networking space and doodle session for all ages Utterance Grand Slam Final: The conclusive event from our season of worldwide poetry slams at Waterstones, finishing the festival with an Utterance Grand Slam Champion 2026!
