Pride Canterbury 2025

7th June 2025

A spectacular celebration of LGBTQ+ identity for the whole family

Pride Canterbury is a spectacular celebration of LGBTQ+ identity for the whole family.

Centred around Westgate Gardens, near to the Westgate Towers, the day will begin with a parade starting and ending at Westgate Towers, through Canterbury High Street, leading into an afternoon of LGBTQ+ visibility, community stalls, food vendors, and celebration in one of Canterbury’s most historic areas.

2025 will look a little different as its usual home of Dane John Gardens is temporarily unavailable. The Pride Canterbury team have been working tirelessly all year to ensure the city continues to celebrate Pride in a meaningful way. Plans are already underway to return to Dane John Gardens in 2026 with the full-scale Pride event that is loved by all — but for this year, Pride Canterbury will be something special, inclusive and local for you to enjoy.

As always, Pride Canterbury will be free to attend and open to all.

Featuring a parade through Canterbury High Street, followed by a diverse artist line-up, entertainment, marketplace, food, drink + much more! Join tens of thousands in Canterbury for Kent’s biggest Pride event.

Together we celebrate diversity, equality + progress at Canterbury’s most fabulous event!

Save the date for the party in 2025!
