It's Monday, 3rd October 1836, The Grand Opening of Herne Bay Clocktower. There'll be bands, acrobats, jugglers, and a grand parade with fireworks and flames to illuminate the entire pier.
But when mysterious accident threatens the festivities ... CAN ANYONE SAVE THE DAY????
