12:45 - 14:15 | Energising Yoga with Dan: Settle into the Whitstable vibe with an energising yoga session to prepare your body for the afternoon ahead.
14:30 - 16:30 | Padel with Marianne: Two hours of padel led by LTA qualified coach; includes skill-building drills, and fun match play under covered courts at Smash Whitstable. Drinks and snacks provided.
17:00 - 18:00 | Private Sea Scrub Sauna: Unwind together with uninterrupted sea views and cold dips on Whitstable Harbour. Padel. Yoga. Beachfront Sauna.
Think of this as your energy reset. We’ve found the sweet spot between heart-pumping Padel and soul-soothing Yoga. Join a bunch of lovely, like-minded movers to sweat, smile, and reboot. All taking place in wonderful Whitstable. This one-day activity is a lovely way to spend time in Whitstable, making the most of our fabulous facilities.
Solo adventurers and groups are welcome.
Most of our guests are fairly new to Padel (though some have experience in other racket sports) so the atmosphere is always supportive and low-pressure. We’ll kick things off with some drills and personal tips to get you confident, then jump into a "Padel Americano" - a fun, social tournament where you switch partners every round. It’s the perfect way to meet everyone while finding your flow on the court.
