Herne Bay Festival

20th July - 17th August 2025

Events start with BAYTASTIC in Memorial Park with over 100 stalls + Music+wrestling+ Kids entertainment

The Folk Festival is 3 days 25/26/27 July with many top quality Folk acts appearing throught the town on 26th and at Hampton Bay on 25 and 27 - all events are FREE entry

The Cartoonist Festival is 2/3 August at Beach Creative - join the Uk,s top cartoonists and try the workshop.

Carnival Day is August 9th - starting with Pavement art competition , Kids Talent Show on the Clocktower Plaza then Carnival Parade at 6pm followed by live music (The Lost Weekend) and then a grand firework display.

Monster Crab catching at Hampton Pier on Sunday 10th Jazz Festival is 15/16/17 August with many top acts appearing at different venues across the Bay ending with Sunday on the Pier from 2pm.

In between we have Storytelling/Landscape Artist Competition/Art workshops/Sketch and Draw/Sandcastle Competitions/Herne Bay History Trail/Queer Comedy Night/Herne Smugglers Trail/Seashore Safari/Teach on the Beach/Mini Golf Competition/Art Trail and more.
