Herne Bay Carnival has been in existence for over 100 years and continues today, run by a small group of volunteers providing a day of fun for the whole community. Timetable of the day: Children's Pavement Artist Competition - 11am (Registration at 10:30am) Bring your imagination and get creative! Carnival Parade - 6pm Starts at Lane End and follows a route along the seafront and through the town. Grab your Carnival Pennies and come and join the fun. Price - £1 for a bag of pennies and FREE to watch! There is still time to enter and best of all it`s totally FREE! It is a great way to advertise your business, group, association or maybe you just love dressing up and having fun.
