Join Tony Walder for the second of two scenic circular walks exploring Canterbury's stunning countryside, as part of this year's Summer in Barham.
This 5.5 mile walk will begin at The Jackdaw pub in Bishopsbourne, pasing Denton Church and Denton Court.
The group will then progress up onto the Downs via Selsted, onward to Rakeshole and then back to The Jackdaw with a brief look at Tappington Hall on the way. As with all our walks, this event will go ahead unless severe weather forces a cancellation.
The walk includes one stile. Please be sure to wear waterproof clothing and walking boots, and pack essentials including water and suntan lotion.
