The House of Lear, a British fashion house, is under threat - the leader, Lear, is resigning and handing over the keys to the company over to their three daughters. A modern and stylish reading of the text, this production will be more the Devils Wears Prada than a classical production, and will feature strong design elements lifted from the iconic world of fashion! However, we would also be amiss not to admit some elements will lift from the recent political developments in the US.
Location: Greyfriars Island, Water Lane Canterbury, CT1 2NR Chairs will not be provided for this performance, please bring your own. Please be aware this performance is outside, so dress for the weather! Please note this event is ticketed by Gulbenkian Arts Centre, but not hosted here.
