Head to Canterbury for our annual, sparkling celebration of the season with the grand Christmas Light Switch On event!
This year's event, organised by Canterbury BID, will be a little different with Christmas stages spread across the city, each offering their own unique entertainment and the option to see the lights switch on in lots of different spaces.
Expect snow machines, live bands, craft workshops, Father Christmas (including his elves, sleigh and reindeer!), characters from the Christmas Carol and Frozen, over 120 Christmas huts, selfie stops, not forgetting the big red count down button pressed by the Marlowe Panto cast and Lord Mayor!
The light switch-on will be at 6pm with activities running throughout the evening.
