2nd September - 12th September 2025

School's back and so is the fun! Free activities for 11-18 year olds from 3-5.30pm each day in St George's Street & Whitefriars Square

Canterbury BID is launching a vibrant programme of free interactive activities for 11–18 year olds in Canterbury City Centre to celebrate the start of the new school year. The initiative spans 9 week days, offering a mix of entertainment, creativity, and sports designed to engage young people and bring energy to the city.

Here’s a snapshot of what’s included:

  • 🎶 Live Music – Enjoy performances from local artists and bands.
  • 🎯 Spin the Wheel – Try your luck and win fun prizes.
  • 🎲 Games Hub – Dive into games and challenges.
  • 🎨 Workshops – Get creative with hands-on activities
  • 🏀 Sports Activities – Join in on a wide variety of sports activities

All activities take place in Canterbury City Centre, making it easy to drop in and join the fun on your way home from school.

With special thanks to Kent Police and Canterbury City Council for funding, Rockhopper Events for support with music and the Prince of Wales Youth Club for two weeks of activities and support.
