War in the Sky - From 1942-45 the German Luftwaffe and the US Eighth Air Force would fight the longest continuous battle of World War 2. It was a battle unlike any that had ever been fought before or would ever be fought again. At stake was the liberation of Occupied Europe – but the outcome was in no way pre-determined. This is the story of that battle.
