Maggie Aderin: Secrets of the Cosmos - Augustine Hall - Canterbury Christ Church University

Sky at Night Presenter Dr Maggie Aderin takes you on a deep exploration to the very beginning of the universe, including the first galaxies, stars and exoplanets as seen through the lens of James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). Since 2022 the JWST has been sending back stunning images, and the study of these has changed the way scientists see many aspects of the universe. In her new book, James Webb’s Ancient Cosmos , A Journey to the Beginning of Time , Dr Maggie helps to illuminate the main findings, taking readers on a journey through space and back to the cosmic dawn – the very beginning of time itself. A limited number of £10 Under-30s tickets are available for this performance. Click here to find out more .
