Abstract Expressionist Painting + Creative Meditation with Kim O'Neil - The Horsebridge Arts Centre

Studio Sessions: Abstract Expressionist Painting + Creative Meditation with Kim O'Neil

A spacious, expressive workshop combining guided meditation with energetic, intuitive abstract painting.

Large‑scale abstraction, working boldly without fear of “getting it wrong”. Colour as energy... choosing colours based on sensation rather than theory.

The day is about freedom, confidence, and connection to your own creative voice. You’ll finish with one or two expressive abstract works and a clearer sense of how to access flow in your painting practice.
