Decked on the outside with colourful window boxes and canopies, Yorke Lodge is just a 10 minute stroll from the city centre and Cathedral. Established as a privately run bed and breakfast for nearly 40 years this is a quintessential Victorian Villa retaining many original features. The interior exudes style and elegance with light contemporary furniture and coordinated fabrics.
The 8 en-suite bedrooms are individually decorated and offer a comfortable 'home from home' feel but with all the extras a modern traveller would expect to see today. Our superior rooms have king size 4-posters. A traditional Aga-cooked English breakfast is served in the spacious dining room or light and airy conservatory looking out onto the sun terrace.
Free private car parking and Wi-Fi internet access is available. We are located close to Kent University and boarding schools. All within a half hour drive are the coastal towns of Kent and the many beautiful castles and houses for which Kent is renowned. We are also pleased to welcome well behaved dogs.
