A family run, independent health food shop serving the people of Whitstable and beyond for over 56 years.
Established in 1970 by Michael Knowles, our shop is now run by Michael’s daughter, Michelle. We have moved on several occasions, but arrived in our current location in Gladstone Road in 2022.
Now in a much larger site, there is a lot more to choose from. Supplements by renowned companies such as Viridian, Terra Nova, Lamberts, Nature’s Plus and A Vogel. Cleaning products by Bio-D, Bio-Nature, Simple Living Eco. Bodycare products by Evolve Organic, Urtekram, Weleda, Alteya and Laughing Bird, as well as a great range of foods and drinks!
