Herne Bay Pet Shop

Located in the heart of the coastal town of Herne Bay, Kent there has been a pet shop on this site for over 50 years!

Herne Bay Pet Shop is a local, independent high street business. We may look small from the front, but the shop goes back a long way and is filled with 1000’s of products covering food and accessories for pets, poultry, and wildlife.

Whether you’re looking for a few items for your small animals, or to purchase seed and food in bulk bags, we can help.

We provide a local delivery service covering Herne Bay, Whitstable, Canterbury and all areas in-between.

Orders can be placed in store or over the phone – if we sell it, we can deliver it! (Minimum spend applies)

We are licensed to sell pet birds up to medium parakeet size.

In our spacious flights you will usually see budgies, canaries, and finches, but we can source other birds on request.

Our friendly team is passionate about providing a great service at good value to all our customers and their pets.

Between us we have owned and cared for a variety of animals so are able to offer help, guidance and advice backed up by our own personal experience.

We’ve worked together for a number of years and enjoy what we do whilst having a laugh at the same time!
