'If you are too busy to go for a walk, you should come on a walk!'
Join us on a summer evening walk in Canterbury to reflect about ways you can make your downtime work for you.
About this Event Time to think or reflect is often difficult to carve out, yet it is proven to be an effective way to beat stress. Walking and thinking are intimately linked (many philosophers were keen walkers), and walking provides us with an opportunity to pause for thought. We will make use of the extended light on summer evenings and take an after work walk. The event will take approximately 90 minutes and we will stop at a few quiet and inspiring places where I will provide you with prompts for reflection - for yourself and for discussion with your fellow walkers - around the topic of use of time and creating quality downtime for yourself.
