Parking at Herne BayParking charges
Daytime parking tariffs apply between 8.30am and 8pm.
Car Parks
The majority of our off-street car parks are pay and display; ticket machines are located in each car park. A range of coins are accepted but the machines do not give change.
Parking Payment Cards
A Parking Payment Card gives a 10 per cent discount and can be used in any off-street pay and display machine. For more information on payment cards, visit the website.
Parking for Blue Badge Holders
Vehicles displaying a valid blue badge can use pay and display car parks for up to three hours free of charge, and can buy pay and display tickets to extend parking time if required. Please use the pdf to identify car parks with dedicated parking bays for disabled badge holders. The number of disabled parking bays is displayed in the D/P column.
Bicycle parking
Bicycle stands are available at numerous locations around Herne Bay.
