Coach Parking at Tankerton Road, Whitstable

The coach drop-off and pick-up point is now operational. The drop off point is situated at the North end of the High Street before the junction with Horsebridge and Sea Street. The pick up point is in Harbour Street.

Directional signing takes coaches along Cromwell Road, Harbour Street, High Street and Oxford Street to the dropping off point. From there it continues along Oxford Street, into Cromwell Road (again), Harbour Street and then on to the Tankerton Road Car Park.

Coaches should park in Tankerton Road Car Park (£3 all day) until returning to the same layby in Oxford Street at a pre-arranged time to pick up passengers.

To ensure the free movement of vehicles in the car parks, please make sure that your vehicle is parked wholly within a marked parking bay. Buy a ticket for the whole of the time that your vehicle is parked and leave the ticket clearly displayed in the windscreen. You may receive a penalty charge notice if you do not comply.
