Parking in Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable

Canterbury has a coach park at St John's, a few minutes pleasant riverside walk from the city centre (Reference M8 on the Canterbury map in Downloads). The coach park is easily accessible from the main routes into the city with parking machines accepting credit cards and cash. The charge is £10 and there is no pre-booking required. The coach park has a welcome centre with information about what to do in the district, refreshments, toilets including disabled, baby changing facilities and water point.

A two-bay coach drop-off and collection point operates at St George's Lane (Reference L11 on the Canterbury map in Downloads). Located in front of the Whitefriars shopping centre and adjacent to the bus station this point is just 400 metres from the cathedral.
