£100 Love 2Shop vouchers will have their own terms and condition of sale, please check these carefully for expiration dates as no replacement will be made if the voucher expires before it is used.
Two tickets to the King's Hall will be redeemable on an availability basis and can be taken up until January 31st 2018.
Salon 123, 123 High St, Herne Bay CT6 5LA is the competition provider for the back, neck and shoulder massage and mini manicure – the voucher is valid until January 31st, 2018. and can be booked in accordance with the salon’s availability on 01227 371234
The afternoon high tea at Mortimer’s at 128 Mortimer St, Herne Bay CT6 5EB, can be booked up until January 31st, 2018. Please book directly with the restaurant on 01227 741098.

General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Terms, together to be defined as the "Competition", unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Competition(s) is organised and operated by Canterbury City Council.
Anyone who is visiting Herne Bay and taking an image of the town and its immediate district termed within the Herne Bay boundary set by Canterbury City Council.
Employees of Canterbury City Council, the prize givers, Pillory Barn Creative (and their immediate family) are not eligible to enter the Competition.
Employees (and immediate family members) of any company involved in any Competition or, if relevant, any advertising agency connected with a Competition are not eligable to enter the Competition.
By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
By entering the competition, you agree to your images being used for publicity purposes, this would include print media, websites and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
We assume that by entering the Competition that you have legal capacity to enter the Competition and agree to the Terms (i.e. that the photo taken and those within the photo have given their permission) for your entry of the Competition and use of these Terms.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has significantly breached any of these terms and conditions.
In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, in our sole discretion we may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Terms.
You must take all reasonable steps to ensure your own health and safety when taking an image to enter this competition.
Unless otherwise stated, there is no limit on the number of Competition entries that can be received from an individual.
Incomplete, indecent or indecipherable images will be void.
Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
There is no purchase requirement to enter a Competition.
All competition entries must use the hashtag #hellohernebay to be entered
There will be an independent judging panel from Canterbury City Council who will select the best image to represent a great view of Herne Bay
Prize winners will be notified by October 31st 2017. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification within the time stated therein may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Claims for prizes must be made within one week of the Competition Notice. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to request a proof of identity in the form of your passport, driving licence and a utility bill bearing your address.
Prizes are awarded at our discretion and prizes may be withheld in the event of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
Where a prize may not be appropriate for a younger contestant, the minimum age for entry will be stated in the Competition Notice and must be observed. We reserve the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
All prizes will be presented to winners via the UK mail service, unless otherwise noted.
