    HARBOUR COTTAGE (Sleeps 4 + small dog)
    This stunning 2 bedroom mid terraced cottage offers you the perfect romantic retreat or family break. Located just 50 metres from quaint Harbour Street and a couple of minutes walk to the beach and harbour, the cottage offers the perfect location to enjoy all Whitstable has to offer.

    Ground floor: charming open planned dining and lounge area which has been tastefully furnished, leads to fully fitted galley kitchen. The courtyard garden with patio furniture is accessed from the French doors in the kitchen and enjoys sunshine for that morning coffee or lunch. Open stairs to the first floor and a cosy double bedroom with bedside cabinets, dressing table, built in wardrobe and TV. The twin room has two single beds, tall chest of drawers, peg rail for hanging. The modern bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet.
    PLEASE NOTE - the wooden stairs are open and there is only a partial hand rail so unsuitable for children under 8 or the infirm.

    SWEET 16 (Sleeps 6)
    This lovely 3 bedroom mid-terraced cottage is nestled in Albert Street and has been recently refurbished. It is a short stroll to the beach and charming Harbour Street with its quaint shops, restaurants and delicatessen. Sweet 16 has been tastefully decorated throughout and enjoys a south facing garden with patio furniture.

    Ground floor: spacious open planned lounge with leather sofas and dining area with large dining table and chairs. Benefits from a wood burning stove in the winter. Leads through to fully equipped galley kitchen and downstairs bathroom with bath and overhead shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen leads to a courtyard garden with patio furniture and BBQ. Stairs lead to first floor : two charming double bedrooms, both with double beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and hanging space. A narrow winding staircase then takes you to the second floor and a lovely attic twin bedroom with singles beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and peg rail for hanging.

    SPRAY COTTAGE (Sleeps 6 + small dog)
    This charming 3 bedroom period cottage is situated right on the beach on Marine Terrace just off Island Wall. Close to the famous Neptune Inn on the beach, it is just a short stroll to Whitstable's bustling high street, boutique shops and restaurants. As well as enviable sea views, you can also experience the famous Whitstable sunsets from the Master bedroom. This cottage does allow a small well behaved dog to stay – perfect for beach walks.

    Ground floor: entrance hall leads you to spacious lounge and dining area, with big comfy sofas, wood burning stove and large dining table. The dining area leads through to a fully equipped galley kitchen which overlooks the garden. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature shrub border and patio furniture. Stairs lead you from the dining area to the first floor: There is a loo with a view and step in wet shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobe with mural, tall chest of chest of drawers and enviable sea views from your pillow. The twin room has a fitted wardrobe and two single beds and leads to the family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and toilet. A steep staircase leads to the attic twin bedroom on the second floor: This room has sloping ceilings, two single beds, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
    PLEASE NOTE - the wooden stairs from the first floor to the attic, make the attic bedroom unsuitable for children under 10 or the infirm.

    WESTGATE HOUSE (Sleeps Max 8 adults and 1 child)
    This stylish 5 bedroom Victorian mid-terrace house has been beautifully decorated throughout. With a spacious lounge, cosy snug, conservatory, large kitchen/diner, 5 good size bedrooms (4 ensuite) and sunny enclosed garden, Westgate House is the perfect holiday home for family and friends. The house is only a few minutes walk from the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants.

    Ground floor: the hallway leads to a lovely lounge with wood-burning stove, leather sofas and occasional chairs, TV with free sat and DVD player. There is then a snug with l shaped sofa, toys for the kids and a TV with Freesat. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a large American fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs. The kitchen leads through to a cute conservatiory with Lloyd Loom furniture and utility room. The garden is accessed from the conservatory and is mainly laid to lawn with a large outside dining table and comfy chairs.

    Stairs to the first floor lead: There are 3 bedrooms on this floor including a double bedroom overlooking garden furnished with antique wrought iron double bedstead, wardrobe with drawers and marble topped bedside table with lamp and it is next to the bathroom with bath, basin and wc. The second double bedroom has an antique double wrought iron bedstead, large wardrobe with drawers, marble topped bedside tables and lamps and occasional chair. There is an ensuite with shower cubicle, basin and wc. The master bedroom has a king sized antique wrought iron bedstead, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. There is an ensuite shower room with basin and wc. Stairs to the second floor: A cute single bedroom with 2ft antique wrought iron bedstead perfect for a child, wardrobe with drawers and chest of drawers. The twin room has two single 2ft 6” antique wrought iron bedsteads, chest of drawers and ensuite shower room with basin and wc.

    THE FIRS (sleeps 12 + small dog)
    This fabulous spacious detached chalet bungalow has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with some lovely vintage retro touches around the house for you to enjoy. The Firs offers very comfortable accommodation for large families and groups of friends. The house has 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people and has the benefit of off-street parking for up to 4 cars and a great large garden space with a wrap round decking and lawn. It also has the advantage of one floor living for guests with mobility issues with two double bedrooms and walk in shower and wc on the ground floor. The Firs is located just off the high street and is just minutes from the local shops and restaurants and a short stroll to the beach and harbour.

    Ground floor: The lovely hallway with its original parquet flooring takes you to two spacious bedrooms with king size beds, tall chest of drawers, contemporary hanging rails, bedside cabinets and dressing tables. There is a wc as well as a separate shower room with basing and toilet. The large kitchen and dining area overlooks and gives access to the large garden with its wrap around decking and garden mainly laid to lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including twin ovens, Smeg fridge and pod coffee machine. The extendable dining table sits 12 comfortably. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa, chaise longue sofa and occasional chair, TV with freeview and DVD player, docking station with CD player, plenty of DVDS and toys for the kids. French doors lead out onto the decked area and garden. Stairs lead to the First Floor: Cute double bedroom with sloping ceiling overlooking garden with double bed, chest of drawers and peg rail for hanging. Twin room overlooking garden with two standard single beds, bedside drawers and contemporary hanging rail. Bedroom at the front of the house has a king size bed and a single pull out bed which provides two single beds – ideal for girlfriends or kids sharing, or kids with parents.
    The bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower cubicle, basin and wc.
