Emily Guille-Marrett, founder of Reading Fairy, reads from some of her favourite Anthony Browne picture books. There will be plenty of fun activities to enjoy and the chance to make up your own story. Emily published special editions of Anthony Browne’s Willy the Wizard and My Brother at Oxford University Press as part of Pie Corbett’s Stories for Writing series. As these picture books are both favourites with her little boys, they will definitely be on the list! Emily is offering this session for free as a thank you to her local community for their support. Reading builds a foundation for a bright future. Give your child a head start! Visit ReadingFairy.com.
As well as our galleries and performance space we have a number of smaller meeting rooms and workshop spaces, many with spectacular views, all of which are available to hire at very reasonable rates. All areas of the Centre are fully accessible to buggies or wheelchairs. Smoking allowed on café balcony. Dogs accepted in galleries and on café balcony.
