The Burlington Hotel is conveniently located near the M20, with good rail links to all parts of the South East and London. Only 4 miles away from the Channel Tunnel and 8 miles from the UK's most popular ferry port at Dover, it's a great 'stop off' venue for the Continent whether on business or pleasure.
Built in the 1880's for the Earl of Radnor, this impressive Victorian Edwardian building offers panoramic views overlooking the famous Leas Promenade, across Folkestone and the English Channel.
With 70 well-appointed guest rooms, all ensuite, the Burlington offers free WIFI throughout the whole building and limited on-site free parking.
Conference and banqueting facilities are offered with the Premier Suite, which can accommodate up to 250 delegates, and four smaller syndicate/interview rooms suitable for numbers 2 - 70. The Premier Suite has an integral dance floor and can be divided into two if required.
Wining and dining are catered for by the Bay Tree Bar and grill, with a seasonal menu containing dishes made up of fresh seasonal produce, which are locally and ethically sourced where possible, complimented by a comprehensive wine list and range of after dinner liqueurs.

By Car: Take M20 towards Folkestone. Turn off a Junction 13, A20 for Folkestone. Take third exit off first roundabout (sign posted A20 Folkestone). This will lead to another roundabout - take the second exit off the roundabout into Cherry Garden Avenue, continue until traffic light junction. Take the middle lane to Beachborough Road, going under the bridge, bear left into Shorncliffe Road. Take the sixth turning on the right sign posted Hythe and hastings. This is Earls Avenue. The hotel is situated at the end.
