All rooms are spotlessly clean with central heating and ensuite shower and toilet. Relaxing hostel style B&B on family farm in village with pub in North Kent Downs AONB. Great walking, cycling & wildlife. Central location for exploring Kent's historical towns, villages and castles.
Beds are very comfortable custom made 3' bunks and 2 family rooms have double beds, bed linen is provided but please bring a towel. The TV lounge/dining room leads into a fully fitted kitchen with two cookers and microwave giving a self catering advantage to your stay. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard garden of lawns, patio and BBQ area which is secure for children.
Cycle hire is available. The car park is large and off road. We have maps of self guided walks around the area for loan and can offer tourist information and friendly advice. Accessible for wheelchair users.

From the A2 at Teynham turn south (at George Pub), travel for 4 miles through Lynsted Village, over the M2. At Doddington Village sign turn right into 'Down Court Road', and Palace Farm is on the left. By train to either Sittingbourne or Faversham and catch a taxi. A limited bus service leaves from Sittingbourne Railway Station. Walk or cycle from Teynham Station (approx 4.5 miles).
