Whitstable Umbrella Fun Day at Tankerton Slopes

The Whitstable Umbrella Fun Day is on Tankerton Slopes, Marine Parade, Whitstable, CT5 2BE between the junction with St Anne's Rd & the junction with Graystone Rd from 11.00a.m. till 5.00p.m.

There will be charity stalls, including ones such as Canterbury District Cats Protection,Demelza House Hospice & Whitstable Umbrella Community Centre. Also craft stalls selling everything from handmade greetings cards, handmade jewellery to fabric homewares & gifts. Trade stalls will include those selling fudge, sweets, & promoting East Kent College. Refreshments will be available with hot fast food,ice cream, crepes, donuts, hot & cold drinks. Entertainment/attractions will include the fairground with its paratrooper,children's rides,bouncy castle, coconut shy etc; the static display by Many Hoots Owl Rescue Centre; music by folk duo Crooked Style; dancing displays by Abstract Street Dance & a short performance by singing group 'The Inspirations' at the Breathe Easy stall.
