The Chaucer BookshopThe Chaucer Bookshop, established in 1956, occupies a beautiful 18c building inside the City walls. Originally 2 houses, it has 3 bow windows, 3 floors and books overflowing the shelves.
The shop sells a wide range of books both antiquarian and second-hand, from paperbacks to fine bindings and a variety of new books about Kent. There is a large section of 18c and 19c original maps and prints mainly on a Kentish theme. Books brought, from a single volume to entire collections. We post books world wide and there is a large selection of our stock on our web page.
