    Sir Willard White Bass

Sir Willard White will provide an imposing and impressive dimension to the title role in Mendelssohn’s Elijah in Canterbury Cathedral this evening. Elijah endures as one of the favourite large-scale works for choir and orchestra among choirs and audiences alike –
a dramatic biblical saga full of power and intensity, immersed in one of Mendelssohn’s most colourful scores.

Sir Willard will be joined by an outstanding team of soloists, and with Canterbury Choral Society's reputation for excellence, this will be a not-to-be-missed occasion.
