Legoland, but brought to life, and without the tourists! This fantastic, immensely satisfying animation set in a world of Lego is directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the duo behind Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, and has an all-star voice cast.

Chris Pratt (TV’s Parks and Recreation) voices Emmet, an ordinary guy who is accidentally mistaken for the Master Builder: the only one who can save the Lego universe. With the aid of an old mystic Vitruvius (Morgan Freeman), a tough young lady named Lucy (Elizabeth Banks), and Batman (Will Arnett), Emmet is recruited to join a quest to defeat the evil tyrant Lord Business (Will Ferrell) from destroying the universe by – anathema to any Lego lover – gluing it together.

“A fast, frenetic, quite bonkers piece of cinema , generating more guffaws than any film we can remember in recent times [...] a real triumph” Simon Brew, Den of Geek

“A work of unbridled imagination” Mike McCahill, The Guardian

“A whimsical and hilarious piece of animated nostalgia” Chris Blohm, Little White Lies

“Adults who go to the Lego Movie out of a weary sense of parental duty are in for a very pleasant surprise” Geoffrey McNab, The Independent
