Glyndebourne Tour 2013 presents Britten's The Rape of Lucretia.

2013 marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Benjamin Britten.

To celebrate this the Tour includes a new production of his masterpiece, The Rape Of Lucretia. Given its world premiere at Glyndebourne in 1946, this new production will be directed by the acclaimed actress and director, Fiona Shaw.

Tour 2013 is supported by Arts Council England.
