Our out-door natural larder is full of exciting discoveries and experienced forager, Carol Hunt will take you on your own journey into the world of foraging. Carol has been foraging and cooking with Wild Food for many years, and is well known for her amazingly creative and delicious wild dishes.
Carol will guide you on your own wild food adventure from forage and preparation to sampling the tasty Wild Dishes you have cooked together. Our foraging course is held in our beautiful 100 acre woodland near Canterbury and the surrounding fields.
