Relax with hot and cold refreshments and discover Canterbury gifts, souvenirs and church supplies in Conquest House.
With foundations dating back to Roman times and a Norman undercroft, Conquest House is one of Canterbury's most historic buildings. In spite of its prominent location along the King's Mile, opposite the walls of the old Bishop's Palace, few people know of the building's rich and fascinating history. Even so, the building generates much interest from passerby due to its impressive Elizabethan/Jacobean frontage and many tourist groups can regularly be seen taking photographs of this wonderful facade.
The Pilgrims' Refectory serves hot and cold refrehsments including light lunches and a variety of tasty treats.
Discover Canterbnury souvenirs, gifts and church supplies in the Canterbury Church Shop located in the Pilgrims' Hall of Conquest House.
