Details

Our friendly inn offers a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. In the oak beamed bar you can relax and enjoy a drink or meal at reasonable prices.

A range of pub games are available including darts, bar billards, board games etc. SKY Sports is also available in the bar. Outside you will find a mature secluded garden with a drinking area and heated smoking shelter.

All the cosily furnished rooms have a small en-suite with shower and toilet. Each room has central heating and is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and flat screen colour TV's with remote control. Free WiFi access is available.

We offer a hearty varied breakfast between 7.30am and 9am weekdays and 8am to 9am weekends. Early breakfast is available on request. All guests have their own key to allow access when the main entrance is shut.

There is a public car park 25 yards away and on street parking nearby. Guests can if they wish park on our drive next to the inn. The entrance has restricted width access.

By Car: from London A2/M2, follow signs for Canterbury. From Canterbury ring road follow signs for A28 Ashford. Turn right at the roundabout by Habitat/Norman Castle, passing under railway bridge. The King's Head is 300 yards on the right.

Bt Train: From Canterbury East, turn left out of station turn left again at the main road and under the railway bridge into Wincheap. We are 300 yards on the right.
