The powerful rhythms of dance meeting the airlines compositions of the two brothers, Plantec has developed a music style firmly rooted and poignant.

In 2002, starts the adventure of Yannick & Odran. First In Duo Guitar/Bombarde, Then with the band "Plantec". With more than eight hundred concerts, festivals and fest noz, such as The Stade de France, La Tene Festival (Switzerland), the Anthinoises Festival (Belgium) and six Albums.

In 2012 Plantec released a new album in trio with the beatmaker
Gabriel "DjiBriL" N'Dombi. This disc of mixed colors immerses us into their world of celtic music to traditional dance and wild electronica. One of the most interesting band of the new celtic style, the trio shows also an incredible energy on stage...

"En homage to their rich Breton heritage - and with a gentle nod towards things to come - longtime musical innovators Plantec find the right mix of past, present and future with their 7th studio recording Awen. A mélange of traditional instruments (bombarde, acoustic guitars) and modern technologies (synths, rhythms) conspire to create a colourful cornucopia of finely-crafted and contemporary Celtic compositions that weave like threads of musical tapestry into a greater quilted whole. By turns haunting, moving and melodic, the ten tracks linger long after the last notes have faded away, leaving listeners with a sense of both the familiar and the foreign.
