Making a triumphant return, the Parade will be flying the flag for Canterbury and the Festival, in association with Animate Arts Company.

A hundred years of dance crazes in a hundred minutes!
The Ragroof Players with their fabulous DJs and dancers present a non-stop dance-a-thon through decades of dance crazes from Jeepers Creepers to Gangnam Style, via Saturday Night Fever. Funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.
1.20pm – Whitefriars, free
The city will come alive with music, dance and community acts guaranteed to entertain.
1.30 - 4pm - City Centre, free
Canterbury Festival is proud to host Silver Wheels Roller Disco! Come and boogie throughout the afternoon. Suitable for all with a shoe size above a child’s size 8 up to an adult size 12, so parents, grab a pair of skates and join in the disco fun!
