The Front Room

The Front Room is a collaborative temporary exhibitions space providing the opportunity for community generated exhibitions and activities to be displayed and celebrated. The Front Room is linked to excellent facilities and fantastic collections. It provides a space for us to work in partnership with community groups, creatives and cultural organisations to develop cutting edge, innovative work. We think that it is important for local people to have a voice and a viewpoint. The Front Room is an exciting and democratic space full of things to see and do. Please visit the events listings to see what's happening in The Front Room.

All the exhibitions and activities at the Beaney reflect the Beaney Vision. To make sure the Beaney continues to be relevant to all proposals will need approval from the Beaney programming group. The group meets every six weeks.
